Several years ago, Sarah Tyau became interested in sewing and transforming clothes. At first, she just wanted to save money by not having to buy new clothes because she just had her first daughter. Later, Sarah realized that she didn’t have to buy expensive clothes in order to look stylish. She perfected her skills, but her technique was still really simple: cut something, attach something else. Now, Sarah has 3 children and almost 130 thousand subscribers on her Instagram page.

We at Enlighten decided to tell our readers about Sarah’s life philosophy and show you some amazing examples of her work.

Sarah started transforming old clothes for her and her daughters. She uses her own clothes, old clothes from her relatives, and she also buys clothes at second-hand stores. They cost very little but she changes their look dramatically.

Her hobby became her life philosophy. Sarah’s motto is “Look good, feel good, do good.” She is against the consumer society and she teaches people to not waste their money. In the future, she is planning to design her own line of clothing and donate all the proceeds to orphaned children. Sarah’s ideas are interesting and very noble. She thinks that when a person wears beautiful and comfortable clothing, they feel happy and have the energy to help others.
